Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A plea agreement was reached Thursday in a Rochester murder case.

19-year-old Courtney Ocegueda entered guilty pleas to second degree murder and two counts of second-degree attempted murder for a deadly shooting last August in southeast Rochester. Ocegueda was arrested in Faribault the day after he opened fire at the Parkside Mobile Home Park, killing 22-year-old Trumane Gillmore and wounding two other men.

The shooting victim and the two other men, 18-year-old Jerome Zachary and 21-year-old Demonterious Jackson, had robbed Ocegueda of a shotgun and a watch about two hours before the deadly shooting on August 31st. Zachary and Jackson earlier pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the robbery and Jackson was sentenced to 68 months in prison, while Zachary received an 18 month prison term.

Ocegueda is scheduled to be sentenced April 11th.
