Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - One of the three extended family members accused of being involved in the murder of a Rochester man in 2018 today entered into a plea agreement in Olmsted County Court.

35-year-old Kielah Parsons entered an Alford plea to a charge of Aiding an Offender - Accomplice After the Fact in connection with the shooting death of 38-year-old Brandon Arndt in September 2018. The Alford plea means Parsons does not admit her guilt but acknowledges there is sufficient evidence to convict her.

The plea agreement calls for the dismissal of 2 counts of second-degree murder. Her sentencing hearing has not been scheduled.

The Rochester woman was accused of being with 28-year-old Malcolm Woods when he shot and killed the victim at the front entrance to his residence in a southeast Rochester mobile home park. Woods was found guilty of first-degree murder and has been sentenced to life in prison. The third defendant in the case, 21-year-old Darian Klindworth-Woods, is scheduled to stand trial on second-degree murder charges in June.
