The Rochester Downtown Alliance has decided to move the Fall Fest activities because of the threat of weather on Saturday. They issued the announcement on their website: "Weather update: because of the high chance of rain, Fall Fest is rescheduled to the October 6 rain date. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the event, and Sunday is the better weather day."

This year's event is free to the public and includes fun for all ages. There will be several activities to keep your kids entertained like a petting zoo, bean bag toss, a Geoboard pumpkin, and marshmallow geometry. Everyone is invited to pick a pumpkin from the event's pumpkin patch, create art projects, check out the interactive mural, and enjoy the live entertainment. Fernando Ufret, an amazingly talented local musician, will play a family friendly set list.
