Sometimes it feels like your life has turned into something you can't control. You can't seem to break out and feel the freedom you used to know. Well, the Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge understands that, and their mission is to assist teens and adults in gaining that freedom from chemical addictions and other life-controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Rochester campus (at Assisi Heights) opened. It features both short-term treatment and long-term faith-based recovery. This was a huge moment here in Rochester. And now they're not just open, but today they're celebrating their grand opening! Stop by before 5 and see the facility! A music therapy room, a playground for children, a beautiful chapel, and 74 beds for women.

Will they mostly be women from Rochester? According to their website,

A majority of clients are from southeastern Minnesota, and we help these women return to the Rochester community whole and ready to contribute in new ways. No longer taking from family and community, but working, contributing, supporting others.

Just drive up the hill to Assisi Heights and you'll find 'em. And congratulations! This is so good for Rochester and the surrounding area!
