Rollover Kills Two Lakeville High School Students

Lakeville, MN (Minnesota News Network) -- A rollover crash Friday afternoon in Lakeville killed two Lakeville South high school students and sent two more to the hospital.

The Minnesota Highway Patrol identifies the two fatality victims as Jake Flynn and Johnny Price.  Two other students survived.  They weren't identified.  One was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment and the other was taken by ambulance to the same hospital.

A passerby spotted the overturned truck and a passenger walking around near it.  They called 9-1-1.  The Lakeville School District canceled all after-school activities and athletic events.

The crash happened near the school shortly before 3 p.m., just after classes were dismissed.
