Scrumptious and Easy Low Carb Instant Pot Cheesecake Recipe

A few years ago I felt some pressure to do what everyone else is doing...so I added an Instant Pot to my online shopping cart and a few days later, it showed up on my doorstep. There were a whole bunch of nerves happening as I opened up the box for the first time and I am pretty sure I just stared at the buttons wondering "what in the world do I do now?". It took a full 365 days and hanging out on Facebook Instant Pot groups before I got confident enough to move past the hard-boiled egg stage. But I did it! Now one of my favorite things to make in the Instant Pot is cheesecake!
I give this recipe that I found for Instant Pot Cheesecake by Savory Tooth a good 4.5 stars...not just because of the taste but also because I can follow the recipe. (There are some out there in the recipe world that I just look at and have no idea what you are talking about. Please dum down your recipes for people who don't know how to cook. Thank you.)
