Rochester, MN - (KROC AM News) - A man described by prosecutors as a serial burglar was sentenced Monday to 33 months in prison for a conviction stemming from a string of break-ins at businesses in the Rochester area earlier this year.

44-year-old Brian Williams, who was suspected of dozens of burglaries in the area, was formally charged with 7 break-ins and earlier pleaded guilty to a single count of 2nd degree burglary.

He still faces charges stemming from some break-ins at businesses in Dodge County.
