Tractor Trailer Overturns on Highway 52

Drivers headed northbound on highway 52 in Rochester got a surprise on Monday night.

The Department of Transportation reports that a semi truck rolled over headed northbound on the highway 52 on ramp at Civic Center Drive. As of 9:24pm, the truck is still down.  No word on any injuries.   We hope no one was hurt.
