Running it's 47th year a year late, the Back to the 50's Weekend is back on for Fathers Day Weekend 2021. Cancelled in 2020 because of Covid-19, the plans for this year had been scrapped, until last Thursday, May 6th.
That was the day Governor Walz loosened restrictions, and the event that hosts what USA Today called "the best car show three" years running, almost immediately changed direction and announced it's back on at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
"Back to the 50's Weekend is happening! ALL restrictions we were under (except masks) have been removed!"
