If you haven't seen it, a video is trending right now about a turkey being prepped in a toilet. The toilet appears to be clean but still...it is a toilet. People sit there and, as we say in my house, drop deuces.

In a world where everyone and their moms are posting something on social media, the way some are trying to stand out is with the shock factor. But is a turkey in a toilet safe?
Based on the information provided in the New York Post, Poison Control has stated that consuming fecal matter (what could be in the toilet) can cause vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, and in severe cases, liver toxicity. The story also went on to say that according to the Food Safety and Inspection Service, the recommendation for cooking poultry is a minimum of 325 degrees.
