Watch out for Localized Flooding This Morning!

Looks like we could have a mess this morning...

According to the National Weather Service in LaCrosse...

Storms producing heavy rain will be exiting southeast Minnesota and will continue across west-central Wisconsin this morning. These storms have produces areas of localized flooding across parts of southeast Minnesota, where 3-5 inches of rain have fallen! Be on high alert during the morning commute for flooded roadways!
