What’s Going On Behind Faribault’s Crooked Pint?

There's been some activity going on behind Faribault's Crooked Pint Restaurant and it's led people to guess what is happening. Well sharpen up those skates, it will be a skating rink that will open up later this month. The City of Faribault even shared some photos of the trucks putting down a layer of water to create the skating surface. 

The reaction online has been overall really positive from residents of Faribault as it gives them another outdoor skating location, and it close to other homes in the area where children can still walk too as well. You will have to keep an eye on the Faribault Parks and Recreation Facebook page for when the rink will officially open to skaters. Judging by the recent weather forecast we might be waiting a week or two before we see people down by the viaduct skating.
