Today is Columbus Day. The holiday always falls on the second Monday of October, and is recognized by the U.S. government as Federal Holiday.

Rochester City Hall and The Rochester Public Library are open today. The United States Postal Service will be closed so don't expect mail today. However, UPS and Fed Ex are delivering today. Nearly all banks will be closed but most businesses will be open. Most schools in our area are open.
