What’s That Plume of Smoke???

If you were ourside in Rochester this afternoon (Thursday the 30th), you probably saw the giant clouds of  smoke coming from the Northwest?  Enough smoke that you thought maybe it was a house fire?  Well, it was a house fire, but no worries, it was a training exercise.
