Hot Spot in Minnesota Opening Back Up For The 2025 Season

If you've got kids (or a sweet tooth), it is time to plan a road trip to a sugar destination that many have described as "epic"!  Since Americans eat about 8 pounds of candy a year, this spot is a destination that is pretty popular in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

In Minnesota, there are 3.7 candy shops for every 100,000 people.  And if you haven't been there yet, make sure you visit Minnesota's Largest Candy Store, located at 20430 Johnson Memorial Dr, Jordan, MN 55352 (Get Directions Here) because it is THE supreme candy destination.  And if you love being in the midst of candy, pies, and a huge variety of soda, this will be your new favorite place too.

Quite a few "Minnesota-type" of Facebook pages have a message posted that states the following:

Minnesota’s Largest Candy Store is now open!
They opened a few days early. There was only a handful of people when I was there.

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be accurate information.  And because the internet really doesn't have any laws, someone out there keeps posting the false info in multiple spots the past few years.

Word on the street is that the opening date has been revealed for the 2025 season.  Based on my research, (and the sign outside) it sounds like Minnesota's Largest Candy Store is opening on Mother's Day weekend.
