According the National Weather Service in La Crosse, the winter storm'll hit our area, just not as early as they thought...and not as quickly. Scroll down to see the radar loop.

The timing of the snow moving in may be a bit slower and it should now spread over the area from late this afternoon through this evening.

The snow will then continue into Wednesday making for a messy morning commute. Snowfall totals of 3 to 9" are forecast with the highest totals now expected along and south of Interstate 90.

There could still be some changes in snowfall totals and the location of the highest amounts, so be sure to check for updated forecasts later today.
