Popper's Tea - one of the most popular drinks right now is Bubble tea and you can grab that and other speciality items at this spot near the food court.

Barnes & Noble Cafe - grab a book or magazine and a drink inside the cafe at Barnes & Noble.  Starbucks coffee is proudly served at this location.

Bowl N Bite - this is the spot everyone has been talking about on the internet.  It opened in 2025 and is a family-run Mediterranean restaurant that features bowls, wraps, or salads.

F & J The Compadres - if you love burritos, this place is where you should stop for a quick, filling meal.

Pretzelmaker - every mall has to have a spot for soft pretzels and at the Apache Mall, this is where you go.  Enjoy the larger pretzels, or pretzel bites with the dipping sauces.
