It’s Just Not Fair Sometimes…

I just got off the phone with my mom.  Maybe you can relate, and I am very happy for her, but she is on a vacation in Arizona.  It's 78 degrees!  It feels like -8 at the minute and it's what, 10 here?

It looks like she picked the right time to head south for a couple days!   I don't know if she called just to rub it in or what.  Perhaps it is best if I just plug in the electric blanket and be patient for summer.  The good news is, it won't be that long.  There was one unfortunate issue before she got there, her flight was originally scheduled to leave the Rochester Airport during that blizzard we just underwent, and they canceled it.  She had to wait an entire day to get out for her trip.  Yes, I am a little bit jealous of my mom at the minute.
