website shows the statewide average for regular currently stands at $3.56 per gallon. That’s a dime cheaper than the national average and about the same as it was a month ago. It’s 20 cents higher than it was at this time a year ago. Some stations in the Twin Cities are selling regular for under $3.40 a gallon.

Rochester’s prices fell a few cents this week and most stations were selling regular for $3.53 a gallon this morning. Some were a few pennies lower.
