#1 Restaurant Rochester is Missing Has Enormous Cheese Curds
If you LOVE cheese...and I mean LUVVVV the ooey, gooey awesomeness that comes from that dairy deliciousness, I found a restaurant about an hour from Rochester, Minnesota that has the biggest cheese curds ever! (Yes, the restaurant is in Wisconsin but honestly, it needs to open in the Med City stat!)
Before I tell you a little bit about this spot, what's one restaurant you think should show up in Rochester? Let me know over on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio - or via e-mail at jessica.williams@townsquaremedia.com.
The Absolute Biggest Cheese Curds Can Be Found About An Hour From Rochester, Minnesota
If you've never made a stop at Milwaukee Burger Co. in La Crosse, Wisconsin, drive there ASAP! It's amazing in all ways and has some of the biggest cheese curds I've ever witnessed. And yes, they are delicious!
Milwaukee Burger Co. actually has seven locations in Wisconsin but the closest location to us in Rochester is at 3039 Medco Ct. in La Crosse. It will take you exactly 1 hour and 6 minutes to drive there from Rochester and you can get directions here.
Here's a glimpse at the amazing menu (besides the cheese curds) at Milwaukee Burger Co.
If you love burgers, beer, cheese curds, or bloody mary's, Milwaukee Burger Co. is probably your next favorite place. I mean, they are basically screaming that on their building when you pull into their parking lot.
They also are very proud of all of the "deals" they give to loyal customers. In fact, you could earn free beer for an entire year. No joke. You can read about that wet privilege here.
The entire menu is absolutely amazing though. My daughter goes to school in La Crosse and every time we've gone to move her to the dorms, visit, or move her in and out of multiple apartments, Milwaukee Burger Co. is our reward for all of that heavy lifting and stair climbing. (To my daughter, who I know will be reading this, please, for the love of all things, get an apartment on a main floor next time!)
I'm a marketing nerd and I fell absolutely in love with their signage. (These are in a bathroom...and I didn't make it weird for anyone while I was snapping pics...I promise.)

Isn't there a restaurant in Rochester that already has huge cheese curds?
Rochester has a lot of stuff. If you are referring to Boulder Tap House, well, I got that tip from a listener so I went there, tried them, and although they were still tasty and the service was amazing, Milwaukee Burger's were better. Not sure why, but the taste was a little different.
