Years ago, our family had an amazing motorcycle and all the swag that went with it.  It was gorgeous and had that deep-throated sound as you put your foot down on the gas.  It was a beaut.  There was just one thing that never felt right.  It wasn't a Harley.

Quite a few Harley's are rolling around Southeast Minnesota and every time I see one, I get a little bit jealous.  That bit of jealousy is all thanks to the people who have been running the Rochester Harley Davidson store for the past 50 years.  While the iconic bike and history will still be there, the name and face behind this business are changing in Rochester, Minnesota.

Have you ever had something pop up on Facebook and you wonder why?  Lately, I've been getting a bunch of swimsuit ads.  No idea why.   I'm not sure why the post below about Rochester Harley Davidson popped up either but I'm glad it did because I love sharing exciting news about businesses to our fans.

After 50 Years in Business John & Judy have decided to sell Rochester Harley Davidson. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all of you who have trusted us with your motorcycle needs. Your patronage and loyalty has been invaluable to us. We are forever grateful and feel blessed to have worked with such wonderful customers who turned into family.

We will be handing over the keys to new owner Paul Gutman, who has returned to his hometown to take the dealership to the next level. The new name will be Back Home Harley Davidson.
