I haven't heard it called anything fun, yet (SnowMageddon, Blizz'dZilla, etc.), and I seem to be the only one that's excited about it, but as the screen shot above shows...snow is a comin'! And lots of it!

I really do want a winter storm...I was hoping fora  good old fashioned Midwest Winter and it just didn't happen for me, so this is Mother Nature's last chance to get in my good graces. If I have to suffer through a super humid summer, the least I should get in return is an awesome winter that gives me bragging right. "Oh yeah...100 inches...no, it was no big deal. 'Course, we're made a little tougher in the Midwest,. You West Coast folk wouldn't last a minute..." That sort of thing.

But seriously..when's it all s'posed to begin? On the western side of the Y-105 listening area, the Winter Storm Warnings start this evening around 6PM and run 'til tomorrow at noon. On the eastern side, it starts today at noon and ends tomorrow at noon.
