Could it really be this simple?  Could this really be the culprit responsible for so much death and sadness around the world?

Let's take a step back and think about the things we hear about all the time. We hear about obesity. We hear about cancer. We hear about heart problems. Of course, we hear about tragedies like war, car accidents, plane crashes, etc.

Sugar is the problem, says Gregg Grossman (the man behind CrossFit).

I don't know if he is right, but he lays out a really interesting narrative about sugar being the driving force behind so many deaths.

So, what is the nutrition plan he recommends?

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.” (CrossFit Journal, September 2002, “The Garage Gym”, “World Class Fitness in 100 Words”)
