Another Long-Standing Business in Rochester Announced It Is Closing This Weekend
Earlier this week, Glynner's Pub shared the heartbreaking news that it was going to serve its last meal and drink on June 29th. Glynner's Pub opened in 2005 and is located at 1643 1/2 N Broadway Ave in the River Center Plaza.
Last week, Schmitt's Stride Rite announced that their reign in the shoe world in our area was going to come to an end this summer. A closing date hasn't been announced yet but several sales have already been posted on their social media pages.

We also recently heard about 5 grocery stores in Wisconsin that were closing, along with 26 'At Home' locations, including the one in Rochester.
Sadly, another Rochester business shared today that June 29th would also be their last day of sales.
I'm sad to announce that Downtown Intimates/The THC Joint will be closing our doors for the final time this Sunday the 29th at Midnight. The Downtown Intimates and The THC Joint is located at 220 1st. Ave. SW in Rochester near Lucky's, the City Hall Apartments, and Bebap Korean Eats.
