Most schools still haven't unveiled their plans for the upcoming year, but it's safe to assume that if kids go back their back to school supply lists are going to include things like hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. If you see wipes, grab them. I went shopping Monday night and noticed the wipes were wiped out at Costco and Walmart.

Clorox doesn't expect to be able to restock stores with their disinfectant wipes until 2021. The company's CEO, Benno Dorer, explained the shortage to Reuters, “Disinfecting wipes, which are the hottest commodity in the business right now, will probably take longer because it’s a very complex supply chain to make them,” Dorer said. Many wipes are made from polyester spunlace, a material currently in short supply as it is also used to make personal protective equipment like masks, medical gowns and medical wipes. That entire supply chain is stressed. ... We feel like it’s probably going to take until 2021 before we’re able to meet all the demand that we have.”
