Construction Has Started for New McDonald's in Rochester, MN

A few months ago, there was a lot of discussion about a new McDonald's opening up in Rochester, Minnesota. Well, I just drove by the proposed site in NE Rochester by Century High School and noticed that digging has begun!

New McDonald's Restaurant Opening Soon in Rochester, Minnesota

Looks like things are moving forward with the new McDonald's restaurant planned for 2180 Wheelock Drive NE in Rochester, Minnesota.

This new McDonald's restaurant is going to be sandwiched in between the new Kwik Trip store and Caribou Coffee that recently opened on Wheelock Drive NE near the new fire station.

According to the permits filed with the City of Rochester, the project is valued at $2,000,000. Below are a few of the attachments that were filed as well that show what the new restaurant will look like and where it will sit on the property.
