Signs of Spring In Minnesota – Food Truck Rolls Into Rochester for Bar Crowd
It may not be an official sign of Spring, but to me, when you see food trucks sprucing up and heading out, it means the snow is packing up and moving back to Canada.
The announcement that perked my ears up was on David Nogosek's page...the Eastwood Grill Food Trucks are up and running.
"Hello everyone! Our first permanent location is at Plaza 57 in Kasson, MN."
I got in touch with Dave to ask a few questions. First, is Eastwood Golf Course restaurant open? "We are," said Dave, "but only on Friday's for our all you can eat fish fry. It'll open up foll time on April First." No foolin'.
Will They Visit Rochester? What's the Schedule?
- Monday - Plaza 57 11 AM - 7 PM
- Tuesdays / Thursdays - Zumbrota Ford 11 AM - 7 PM
- Fridays / Saturdays - Northstar Bar, Rochester, MN 7 PM - Midnight
Welcome Spring, we've missed you. I think being open at the Northstar is a good diea. In my bar-going days, the closest restaurant always got the business. Now if we could just get a noodle food truck to open near work.
Do You Have A List of Area Food Trucks from Last Year?
