Fifth Suspect Charged in Rochester Home Invasion

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Yet another arrest has been made in connection to Saturday’s home invasion at an apartment near the RCTC campus.

Rochester police say 19-year-old Andre Davenport turned himself in Wednesday.

Like the other suspects, he is facing burglary and other charges.

Police continue investigating and there could be at least one more arrest.

Police say several young adult males broke into the apartment and after a fight broke out, three of the intruders took out guns and ordered the occupants to get on the floor. At least two of the occupants were assaulted.

Three of the suspects were arrested Saturday night. Another was arrested Tuesday.
