Have You Started Your Christmas Shopping Yet?

Heads up:  Christmas is exactly one week away.  If hearing that sends you into a state of panic because you haven't done ANY shopping yet . . . well, at least you're not the only one.   Not even CLOSE.  According to a new survey by "Consumer Reports", a full 31% of people who plan on giving gifts haven't bought a SINGLE one so far.  And of the people who HAVE started their Christmas shopping, HALF are less than halfway done.  Only 11% of people say they're completely done with their Christmas shopping.
