Man Gets Ticket For Making It ‘Snow Money’ at the MOA

A man from Apple Valley by the name of Serge wanted to spread a little holiday cheer.  He wanted to make it 'snow money'.  His last $1000 was launched off the balcony at the Mall of America Friday afternoon.   The cash snowed from the 3rd floor railing over the crowd below.  Ironically, there was a group of singers performing the song 'Let It Snow'.   Watch the video of the incident.

As much as the crowd loved the 'Snow Money', he was cited with a ticket for disorderly conduct.
