Meet Royce, The Byron Boy Who Needs A New Kidney

Meet Royce, the son of Jennifer Schwanke. He was born in China in 2012 and diagnosed chronic Kidney Disease, was adopted in March of last year, and now is dealing with stage 4 kidney failure.

So a fundraiser is planned. Fundraising proceeds will benefit COTA* in honor of Royce to assist with kidney transplant related expenses.

Destination Transplant COTA, a fundraiser in honor of Royce, is coming up this Saturday the 8th from 10 - 2 PM at Bamber Valley Elementary School (click here for directions). According to the press release, a silent auction, raffle, and a variety of family activities will happen, along with sales of T-shirts, bracelets, and can koozies for donations.
