Rochester, get ready because a brand new coffee shop is coming to town and they are doing something no one else is doing - serving customers from a custom-made ice house! Due North Coffee Co. has been teasing their opening in Rochester for a bit but they are now hiring and planning to open by the end of February.

I already know what you are asking...who is Due North Coffee Co.? From all of the curious research that I did, this place is very MInnesotany. From Paul Bunyan-themed drinks to sourcing local products from farmers to helping local nonprofits in our area. Their company was established in 2019 and will be setting up shop in the parking lot of Air Insanity in Rochester, Minnesota. You can find out more on their website or Facebook page.
