Every year, I look back at some of my favorite stories that I've ever written and this, by far, is #1.  If this house ever goes back on the market, I am calling dibs!  It truly is the perfect Minnesota home.

I just told my husband, "Hey, I found the perfect house for us in Minnesota.  It's all farmhouse style, which I love. It's got a brewery with 6 taps, which you would love. There is a pool, an indoor ice rink, AND it was owned by a former Minnesota Twins All-Star!" 

I heard through Citypages.com that Glen Perkins, former Minnesota Twins pitcher, had his phenomenal home in Lakeville, Minnesota on the market.  Lakeville to Rochester is a commute I could probably handle. The house is located at 24729 Dodd Boulevard in Lakeville and has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 5,823 square feet.  It truly is the perfect house for anyone in Minnesota and honestly, the price is a steal.

Apparently, I don't have that cash for a million-dollar home so I won't be moving there anytime soon.  I've jotted down a ton of the features in this home that I love though to help transform my current '70s home into my dream.  It is a major work in progress.
