Public Hearings for Two Proposed Downtown Rochester Projects

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to meet Wednesday evening and review two projects that were recently presented to the DMCC Board.

One involves a residential housing project that would be built on the US Bank parking lot between 1st Ave and Broadway. The other proposes a 17 story apartment and hotel project at the current Days Inn site located east of Methodist Hospital.

The commission will take public comment on both projects during the meeting that is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at City Hall.

The two projects will also be presented to the DMCC board again Thursday.
