Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man arrested after a brazen burglary last year was sentenced today to just over four years in prison.

20-year-old Dylan Sutter previously pleaded guilty to a first-degree aggravated robbery charge in the case. He was arrested in September 2017 after Rochester police responded to a burglary at a home in the Elton Hills neighborhood. It was reported by a homeowner who woke up to find Sutter in his bedroom looking through his wife's jewelry.

The 64-year-old man grabbed the thief, but Sutter managed to break free and ran from the home. He was later caught in possession of a watch that had been etched with the homeowner’s name.
