When you go on a vacation, do you camp, rent an Airbnb, or find a room at a local hotel?  If you are picking "hotel" as your answer, you aren't alone.  According to the American Hotel & Lodging Association, every year in the United States, about 1.3 billion nights are spent at a hotel by guests.

Next time you are looking for a hotel, go on an adventure and stay in one of the most historic hotels in the United States.  You can find a list of those below, including one hotel in Minnesota that has recently appeared on the "2024 Top 25 Historic Hotels of America Afternoon Tea Experiences".

The hotel originally opened on April 18th, 1910 with the name "St. Paul's Million-Dollar Hotel".

The architects who designed New York's Grand Central Station, Reed and Stem, designed this historic hotel in St. Paul, Minnesota.

In 1982, after a few decades of needing maintenance and repair, The Saint Paul Hotel was restored, piece by piece.

There are 254 guestrooms at The Saint Paul Hotel, which includes 31 suites.
