Tomorrow night is the night! Every year, Deer Creek Speedway teams up with Join the Journey for the Pink Out Cancer Night! It's SO much fun, with the track, the racers, and the crowd really getting into it and supporting breast cancer survivors!

Last year's event raised over $11,000! And with your help, we'll beat that by a mile!

Trust me, even if you've never been, you will love it. One big rule to follow, tho. If you're in the stands and you don't know what's going on, you gotta ask someone. Really. Just ask. I've been to a bunch of races here and in Idaho, and I never fail to make friends. Plus, there's always someone that knows all the poop, so you'll get inside stories, too. BUT, remember, you gotta ask. They're respectful of your space, too.

So...you know Join the Journey is there for cancer survivors, but how? What do they actually do for survives. Well, a lot really. For example, the Pink Ribbon Mentors...

(PINK RIBBON MENTORS) Join the Journey provides a mentoring program, located at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, that connects breast cancer survivors with newly diagnosed breast cancer patients.

The mission of these volunteer survivors is to provide emotional and informational support to you while you are undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Pink Ribbon Mentors know firsthand the emotional and physical challenges of dealing with breast cancer.

Huge, right? And local. They're from here, the money helps here, the organization helps here.
