Some shocking news just hit fans of a very popular Minnesota pizza spot.  Without any notice, the pizza joint closed one of its locations over Memorial Day Weekend.

Popular Pizza Restaurant in Minnesota Just Abruptly Closed its Rochester Location

I was hanging out at home over Memorial Day weekend with my kids when a message popped up on my phone with the note "I'm shocked we were just there yesterday".  Attached to that was the Facebook post with the following words:

"Effective immediately Carbone's Rochester is Permanently CLOSED"

In case you missed the news, back in 2022, Carbone's Pizzeria opened in the old Crooked Pint Ale House at 2723 Commerce Dr NW in Rochester, which is just a few blocks North of Costco.
