Rochester, Minnesota might have a lot of fancy buildings in the downtown area but around those are some amazing homes built in the early 1900s...and a few that are even older!  But one home built in the 1930s is extra special because it was featured on For The Love Of Old Houses, a Facebook group with over 3 million people.

An adorable Tudor Revival in the Kutzky Park area is being hailed as a gem.  It's located at 1339 2nd Street NW and features 2,436 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms that have been updated and are amazing.

BEWARE! New Scam Targeting Homeowners Has Surfaced in Minnesota

I so appreciate these homes in Rochester and honestly, this house reminds me a bit of the first house that our family bought in Rochester.  It wasn't too far away from this one, it was built just a few years earlier and had some of the same features, including arched doorways and original hardwood floors.  That is one of the reasons why I fell in love with our first house.

What is your favorite feature in a home?  I'd love to hear about it!  Tell me on our app (just hit chat) or send me a message to my Facebook page (Jessica On The Radio) or DM me on Instagram.
