The entire renovation isn't complete, but the former Holiday Inn Downtown is now open as Hotel Indigo, which is still part of the group that owns the Holiday Inn brand, but is more upscale and boutiquey.

You see a bunch of construction still going on, but that's for the Crave restaurant. Remember, they're going to have a retractable glass glass roof and windows that'll open so the restaurant kind of becomes a patio.
