Minnesota Brewery Sadly Announces It Is Closing Its Doors
Foremost Brewing Cooperative, located at 131 W. Broadway Street in Owatonna, Minnesota, posted a heartbreaking announcement on social media to its loyal customers. The popular brewpub will be closing in a few weeks.
It is with a heavy heart that we write to you today. After four years of serving our community and sharing our passion for craft beer, we have made the difficult decision to close the brewpub.
The announcement on social media indicated that finances and challenging business conditions are the reason for the closure
"This decision comes after careful consideration of our financial situation and several months of challenging business conditions. While we are immensely proud of what we've built together—the friendships formed, the memories made, and the unique brews Terrence has created—we must face the reality that continuing operations is no longer sustainable."
