New Mexican Restaurant Chain Coming to Rochester?

One of Chipotle's main rivals will soon be providing Rochester residents with another option for burritos.  

Jeff Kiger from the Post Bulletin reports that "a building permit for Pancheros Mexican Grill is in the works for the commercial building on the frontage road at 4107 North US 52. It will share the 7,500-square-foot, three-year-old building with Mattress Firm."

An opening date has not yet been announced.

Pancheros was founded in 1992 and has close to 70 locations around the country. They make their tortillas on site and serve burritos, tacos, quesadillas, burrito bowls, and salads. Like Chipotle, they promise quality ingredients and fast service.
