Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man will spend two months in jail for secretly recording videos of women using bathrooms.

32-year-old Stephen Kulzer was also placed on probation for up to four years. He recently pleaded guilty to four counts of interfering with privacy through a plea agreement that resulted in the dismissal of 21 other charges.

During the investigation, Rochester police were able to determine the video recordings involved in these 24 women and some had been recorded at multiple times dating back to 2011. His illicit operation was discovered two years ago after a female friend came upon a concealed video camera placed in a plant in a bathroom at Kulzer’s home.

The criminal complaint indicates Kulzer was confronted by police and admitted hiding a total of four cameras in his home, a shop he worked at in the 800 block of Homestead Village Lane Southeast, and at a site in the 300 block of Woodlake Drive Southeast.
