Watch The Metrodome Deflate – [Time Lapse Video]

They were done with the deflation this morning in 35 minutes.   Here is a video time-lapse of what it looked like to deflate the metrodome for the final time today.  The metrodome opened in 1982. The roof has collapsed before, but this was the first time it was done intentionally."Really? That's crazy," Jon Silveira told ESPN, a Minneapolis resident who was going to work as the roof silently sunk. "I didn't notice it."   I have a few memories of the 'dome' myself.   I remember going to games as a kid, sitting way up high and how walking into the dome was an experience.

When I was younger, I almost got blown over walking in or out of the dome.  I have seen games and even a concert or two there in my life.  Do any of you have any memories of times spent there?
