Melissa Lutz, Valleyfair's Human Resources Director, explains,

"We have a great variety of jobs to offer any job seeker. That means we can extend opportunities that are a wonderful fit for each person's unique skills, talents, and personality. We offer flexible schedules that are great for students, teachers, parents, retirees, and part-time job seekers."

There are numerous benefits to working at the popular Shakopee attraction. Most workers get to spend their day outside in the sun (which at times can certainly be brutal), but on top of that, employees receive free and unlimited use of the park and water park during off-hours, tickets for friends and family, employee discounts, and invites to exclusive employee events.

Valleyfair is hosting an in-person hiring event on April 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm. Those interested in attending the event can sign up online here. And get this, everyone who interviews will get a complimentary ticket to the park.
