Y Loves The ’80’s: Who’s The Best Trio From The ’80’s?
Here's another '80's amazing "Fun Fact" for you!
Entertainment Weekly put together a list of the Greatest Pop Culture Trio's of All Time. There's a few on the list from the '80's. Like Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin from the 1980 movie 9 to 5. Even though it was a '90's dramedy, Judd Apatow's Freaks and Geeks was set in the '80's. The characters played by John Francis Daley, Samm Levine and Martin Starr showed up on the list.
Topping the list, is Jack, Janet and Chrissy from Three's Company. Even though that sitcom ended in '84, it's more of a '70's show. Like Charlie's Angels, The Bionic Woman and The Six Million Dollar Man. I don't know about you, but I was always bummed with the way that show ended. Instead of having Jack and Janet get married, which would have been perfect, they drop-kicked Joyce DeWitt's character completely and spun John Ritter's character off onto another sitcom, Three's A Crowd. It didn't last very long.
Who's the best '80's trio? That would have to be Cameron, Sloane and Ferris from Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
