Signs Are Up For Second Jersey Mike's in Rochester, Minnesota!
A few years ago, I found out the hard way that I have a soy allergy. Since then, some of my go-to places to eat have had to change because if I eat soy, my tongue and throat start to swell up. It's about as fun as it sounds. Ok, it absolutely sucks because our world fills and makes almost everything with soy. Look at the labels next time you go to the store, you'll see what I'm talking about.
Unfortunately, one of those past go-to spots was Jimmy Johns. The bread at Jimmy Johns make me react instantly and I had to just quit going there because, well, a leaf of lettuce to wrap my meat just isn't the same as bread.
When Jersey Mike's opened its first location in Rochester, I honestly was a little hesitant because of my soy allergy BUT, their bread is free of soy.
If you love Jersey Mike's, I've got some good news because Rochester is going to soon have another option. I just noticed the signs are up at the new location at 416 Crossroads Dr SW!
When is the New Jersey Mike's Opening in Rochester, Minnesota?
I don't have an exact date at the moment but on their website, it states that it is "Scheduled to Open Soon". Once I hear more, I'll update my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio. Give it a follow so you don't miss the announcement.
Where is the Other Jersey Mike's in Rochester, Minnesota?
I remember when the experts said, "Once a Costco goes in, this area will expand" and they were right. West Circle Drive has had quite the expansion since that warehouse store was built including the addition of a Jersey Mike's. It sits right next door to Crumbl Cookies at 2665 Commerce Dr NW Suite 300, Rochester, MN 55901.
