February has been an interesting month.  A Minnesota company got a shoutout from Usher at the Super Bowl!  We celebrated Valentine's Day.  Smoke was supposed to show up in the sky all the way from Texas.  And we learned that McDonald's McNuggets actually came in four different shapes.  (I know, that one was a shocker for me too!)

In the mix of all of that, we also heard the unfortunate news of a few places in the Rochester, Minnesota area that made the tough decision to close for good.

Personal Note To All of the Businesses That Are Struggling Right Now in Minnesota

I know there are a ton of businesses that are working hard to keep their doors open. Staff issues, inflation, shipping issues and so many other things are huge factors in play.  Last month, Thesis Beer Project in Rochester got very open and honest about how they need support ASAP.  If not, they too will be one of the many who say goodbye to the Med City.
