I like to stay active and busy and now that we are asked to "stay at home", I'm antsy.  I want to go back to the gym, see all of my friends there, and to be honest, I just do better when I workout in a group.  I've been on the lookout for free workouts to do at home and I did find quite a few gyms that are offering free workouts in Rochester...you can see that list here.  One that I'll be adding though is this new challenge from Orangetheory Fitness in Rochester.

Just a few months ago, I did something I never thought I could do...a Dri Tri.  The 300 bodyweight exercises were my biggest challenge but I did it, and I will never forget how Chris, one of the coaches at Orangetheory kept cheering me on as I got closer to the end of my burpees.  I finished, got my medal, and am so glad that I signed up for that challenge.

Now, there's another challenge going on at Orangetheory Fitness in Rochester and you can get signed up too...and it is FREE!

Track your miles whether they are outside or on your treadmill. FREE to ANYONE so members grab your family, your friends, and your coworkers for this kid friendly competition! Walk, jog, run, or bike!

Head over to our Facebook event page “OTF Rochester Virtual Marathon Month” and RSVP to register. You can complete the Half 13.1/ Full 26.2/ Ultra 31.1 or you can complete the bike challenge of 105 miles or elliptical challenge if 80 miles if you have an elliptical at home.
