These are words that I never thought would happen on my keyboard in January...in Minnesota.

Golf Courses Are Opening This Week!

It's true.  The snow is practically gone and compared to the horrid temperatures that hit Minnesota last week during the polar vortex, we are all sweating as we walk out the door.  Throw on those polos and find your clubs because we now golf in January in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

Golf Courses in Minnesota Are Now Open in January Due to Warm Weather

According to the National Weather Service, Minnesota is about to have a heat wave!  It will be 54 degrees on Thursday in RochesterOwatonna is going to see a high of 52 degrees.  Minneapolis is supposed to see a high of 48 degrees!

If you haven't noticed, we also don't really have much snow on the ground.  Due to the lack of snow and the unusual January heat wave, golf courses are opening up.
